It’s almost certain that Apple will unveil a new iPhone at the WWDC in San Francisco tomorrow, and possibly some other important products, including a new version of OSX.
There is also a rumour on the Internet that Microsoft will try to undermine Apple’s news by announcing the future support for Blu-Ray on the Xbox platform.
Either way, it should be an interesting afternoon.
The unrated, extended edition of Ridley Scott’s American Gangster, due out on the 19th of February, will run for a generous 17 minutes longer than the theatrical cut, for a total runtime of 174 minutes.
I enjoyed American Gangster, but does it really need another 20 minutes? I’m up for it if it features more of Ruby Dee (who was criminally underused; it says a lot about an actor’s talents when she consistently steal the show from Denzel Washington).
